ZR7s Fork Swap

Hi, this question doesn't concern KZ's but it is for a Kawy so I thought someone around here may be able to help.
A buddy of mine hit a deer recently and mangled his front forks. Luckily he walked away with just some painful bruises. I believe the tripple clamp is damaged as well.

Do you know what forks can be swapped in place of what's originally stock on a 2002 ZR7s?

Can you just swap in a setup from a zx7?

I would check to see what bearings are interchangable. Then go from there. All you need to do is worry about lenth of the neck on your frame.
