You need to state the year and model of the bikes in question. KZ750 twin has different axles depending on year, KZ750 four has different axles than the twin, and I'm not sure if the KZ650 changed axle size between 81 and 82.

Are you looking for a wire spoked wheel for the front? I have one from a 77 650 that I can do without, but the last time I shipped a wheel it cost me nearly $38 which sucked because I sold it for $40 shipped

Only difference is one has dual rotors bolted to it, you can bolt another rotor on a single rotor rim to make it into a dual rotor.

i believe my bike is a 78 kz650 c1 or c2. it has dual front discs and a rear disc and mag wheels. i got the bike for free a couple of weeks ago. it is currently at my parents house as i have nowhere else to put it. do you think a 77 kz750 twin front and rear would work?

The front will work, but the 750 twin has a larger diameter rear axle than your 650, so it would require some work to put it on your 650.

what kind of modding would i have to do to fit the 750 twin wheel/rim on my kz650c? to much effort or pretty easy?

The simplest way is to get the rim, axle, cush hub, spacers, adjusters, and rear caliper hanger, and then just make the slots in the swingarm larger.

Where are you located?

i'm in Ypsilanti, MI next to Ann Arbor. That sounds like more then I really want to do. i'm sorry what is a cush hub? i found a pair of 750 twin rims on ebay for cheap and was going to get them but maybe i should keep looking? i would appreciate a reply as soon as possible as the rims are going up tonight.

The cush hub has the sprocket attached to it and fits into some rubber pieces inside the wheel hub.

I'm about 65 miles south of Fort Wayne, and I'll give you a pair of 750 twin wheels if you pick them up :D
Including the axle, spacers, adjusters, brake arm, even the swingarm if you want it. Way to much of a PITA to ship when I'm giving them away though.
