Signal Lights

I have a 1983 KZ550. The signal lights and back side lights will not go on. I replaced the relay, checked the wiring and still am having no luck. Does anyone have any advice on this. Please let me know. Dont know what else to try.

1) are you sure you have rear side lights? Not many bikes have them as standard equip. All have directionals, I'm not sure if that's what you mean.
2) are you sure the bulbs are good.
3) Switch OK??
4) Are the grounds good?
5) Are you getting current to the back of the bike?
4) Do you have a wiring diagram?

I may sound like a wisearse but theres not a lot to go on in your post.
