Turn signal wiring was created by Robjb84
Just a quick question:

My existing turn signals had one cable leaving the housing and another cable screwed down inside the housing. My crappy housing I already cut the single cable and removed the corroded piece of crap bulb holder.

So now I have a new housing with bulb holder that I bought and it has a red and black cable leaving the housing. Im no electrical expert, so how should I tackle this? Do I just strip the black wire and wrap it around a screw inside the housing? :o

Sorry if this is badly worded...

is the socket the same as the other...or is it from something else?

i would use a crimp connector with an eyelet..then screw the ground wire down.

always helps to send a pic if you can.

Yup was the same, just the bulb housing was slgihtly different. I figured it out though, bought a terminal and grounded one wire inside the housing, used a wire connector t oconnect old wire to new housing and put it back on the bike. Works a treat :)

Only thing I notice is that the left signals blink faster than the right ones. I dont imagine thats anything to worry about though
