Thanks for this, really appreciate your kind offer to help though it sounds like hassle for you. It seems like I need it though as I cant join that site with a UK mobile phone number (probably something to do with stupid Brexit). Sounds like youre aware of this and have a plan B?
I only need the idle switch but it might be good to buy all the parts as spares if the price is good. It says negotiable price, do you think 100 euro including the shipping to UK is a reasonable offer?

Got to be honest that is a good price and you can (if you don't want to keep as spares) sell the injectors, fuel pump, throttle sensor etc and recoup all of your spend plus some

agreed but 2 unknowns, does the idle switch work and how much in shipping costs will be needed . And I dont want to cause Scirroco loads of hassle

Agreed but, I had a look yesterday and the only thing I saw under £200 in the UK looked like it had been recovered by a "magnet fisherman" from the bottom of a pond !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

"Kleinanzeigen" is the private sales portal of eBay. No seller, with some exceptions, will ship to UK/USA due to the complicated VAT/Tax declarations and shipping prize. So hurry up and continue with my plan A suggestion!!!
