Do not see how to adjust ign timing

1980 kz440 Removed everything inspect, clean and lub.... checked ign timing and I am a couple of degrees late, cannot see an way to adjust... reluctor does not adjust... pickup coil plate has no slots.

Assuming everything is working, the only thing you should need to do is service the timing advancer.

The trigger is an interference fit on to a shoulder just gently press it off reposition and press it back on 

You may be able to elongate the mounting holes in the pickup plate.
