I recently replaced the turn signals with amazon ones. They are decent ones. They all four worked for a few days then started going out one by one. No light at all. I threw a test light on one and it lights up when touched to signal metal sleeve that holds the bulb in place but doesn't light up on the two little actual contact points that touch the bottom of the base of the bulb. Do I have a bad ground? Am I missing something? All help Appreciated!

You have 2 contact points on the bottom of the bulb???
Turn signals typically only have 1.
What does the inside your light socket look like?
What does the bottom of your bulb look like?

How did you hook up your test light? Alligator clip to battery negative or positive?
Was the bulb in the socket when you tested the light?

Do the old standard bulbs work?

The bottom of your light bulb should be the same as the photo included. Photo credit..Partszilla

On the KZ650 the front turn signals act as both turn signals and running lights, so they have 2 contact points at the bottom of the bulb. The rear bulbs act only as turn signals so they have a single contact point at the bottom. Ed

Its just a standard bulb. I did tinker with it again today at the gas station and they all worked. All I did was plug them back in. by the time I got home the left ones rear and front were working and right ones were not. the front right might blink really slow for a few seconds then stop completely.

There is a possibility you got a bad batch of lights.
I'd put regular bulbs in if they will work properly. At least you will have lights.
With the leds I would bench test them off the bike.
