So we bought a KZ750 Spectre and the person decided to go all freddy krueger on all the electronics and eliminated the front blinkers and disabled the rear blinkers in the process and we have enabled the front lights to turn on and the rear goes on and off however they don’t blink at all, we’ve replaced the Turn Signal Unit box, put new relays in, new battery, but the lights just stay on. We’ve cleaned and checked all connections. Any ideas?

Have you checked the Hazard (emergency) flasher circuit? He may have done something unexpected with it.

Did the bike have normal bulb style blinkers or LED ???
old school flasher relays work only with bulb blinkers (21 Watt), they need a specific load (current) to work on/off.
LED blinker or LED bulbs inserts needs a load Independent( electronic ) flasher relay.
