Last evening all worked well.

Today I ran the bike around the block upon return I noted that my turn signals would not work. Rear lights stay dark, front signals stay on as they should as running lights. Hazards will not work, but I noted that the left turn signal indicator would light when I did try to use the hazards. All bulbs appear to be good upon inspection, I swapped out the flasher relay just in case with no change in the problem. I did have the bike on the charger this morning for a few hours otherwise no other work was performed on the bike. Methinks I have a gremlin at work in the garage. Any thoughts?

Thanks,

Rob

Sorry Folks!

Posted this late last night and forgot to include the most basic information.

My 1979 KZ650b is where this problem exists.

Would these be stock or aftermarket signals?

I had a similar prblem with my KZ 440. Turned out to be corroded ground wires. Don't know if you have checked that but it is a thought.

Well here's an update.

The gremlins seem to have departed for greener pastures at least for the time being. Went for a ride yesterday and all worked just dandy.

I tend to agree with Sputnic81 in that this smells like a bad ground. Now I just have to find it. Thanks to all who replied.

BTW these are stock signals.
