I want change the coil location on my 77 650. Has anybody done this with out welding a bracket? I was thinking back where my air box was, ant ideas? Thanks

I'm thinking of relocating my Kz900 coils under the seat, above the battery. This will however involve welding a bar/bracket to attach them to.

Im thinking of making a bracket and bolting it where the air box bolted to the battery box. I dont want to weld to the frame if I can.
