I'm going to paint some carbs black which are now bare metal. What is the best paint made today that will withstand gas and etc? Is it still caliper paint?

I see that most contact cleaners will be DOA in the US on Jan 1. I hope that they won't be coming for paint next.

Suggestions welcome.

You might want to check out Cerakote.  They have various formulas, some of which are quite resistant to gasoline.

I’m a fan of cerakote!
I do H series with oven cure.
only Done brake parts so far.
it would work on carbs.
Lots of work.

More room for The Old Girl, Harley 75 FLH Electra Glide,

I've used Cerakote C-Series on brake calipers, fork lowers, and a valve cover with zero issues. 
A breeze from the west.
