I have a 1981 Kawasaki csr650 and I got a set of mikuni carburetors off of eBay

I have a 1981 kawasaki car 650  So I got a set of mikuni 24 SS  carburetors  because the  stock carbs had  a acceleration pump   on them and pieces where missing anyways I cleaned the carbs   but just to keep it running aftet i start it and let it warm up it needs about a quarter  of the choke to keep it runnining  it the pipes and motot get hot real quick also when i.give a bit of throttle it wants to die im running  the stock air box it does have a ,4 into 1: exhaust pipe on it  the jmain jets in it now are 102.5 also the carbs on it now have the gas/!pilot adjusting on them on the bottom of the carbs ibgot them all right about one and three quarters turns out from lightly seated and the previous owner drilled four holes at the end of the 4 into  1: exhaust pipe so since I swapped out the carbs and the four into one  exhaust on it  and that some moron drilled 4 dime size holes  in the end of the exhaust does anyone think I should jump the main jets to 105 or maybe 107.5 somebody please give me some advise  thanks fellow bikers

That the choke helps after the bike is warmed up suggests that the mixture is too lean. 
It could be clogged pilot circuits or leaks around the carb holders.
When you cleaned the carbs, did you completely disassemble them and soak all the parts in carb cleaner?

The stock jetting should be fine with your setup.

If you have fuel screws under the bowls 1 3/4 out is way too rich. Fuel screws should be about 3/4 out.
If you have airscrews on the side they should be about 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 out. 

What colour are you plugs?
