Kz440 jetting for pods was created by FreshMark
Hello,

After talking with others on this forum, I decided to give the stock carbs another try before attempting to replace them. I have a 1980 KZ440A with stock carbs from what I can tell. The one diaphragm has a tear in it that I will need to repair/replace.

I am missing the actual filter piece to the stock airbox, as I only have the larger lower section. I would like to run pod filters since it makes carb installation and removal so much easier. I have all the original keys in the carb currently. What are your recommendations for jetting when using pods?

Thanks

DynoJet jet kit for a KZ750 4 cylinder H or L model.
The 750s carbs are 34mm vs. the 440s 36mm.
They are identical to each other except for the ventri and slide size.
There is more to tuning a carburetor than just jets.
