My carbs only have a drain screw. How would one set the float levels without something to hook a tube onto? Is this something I could 3D print??

This?

if you loosen the drain screw and fuel starts to drain from the brass nipple on the bottom of the bowl then all you need is a piece of clear tube attached to the nipple. Then open the drain screw. The tube will fill and show you the float level

I use common clear tubing that's been pencil point sharpened using a bench grinder.  Then screw the tube into the threads in the float bowl as tightly as you can.  It works fine.

There’s no nipple, just a drain plug. That adapter you pictured seems like it’d work though

Nessism process will screw into the threaded hole of the drain plug. The brass adapter is cheap also. Under $20 if I remember.

Wait, no nipple. That doesn’t sound right. Can you post a picture?

Drain and overflow are not connected on vm24's. Drain is on the bowl lower side overflow is straight out the bottom

That just a typical vm bowl correct. When he said he has no brass nipple it piqued my curiosity
