I had this exact issue—although only with one carb. TIny drill bit in a variable speed drill, a headlamp, and (optional depending on your age and eyesight) reading glasses. I got the drillbit gently seated in the sheered-off bit, took a deep breath, and slooooowly ran the drill in reverse.

Glad I didn't have to do it more than once...

Is this thing working? Is this thing on?

Thanks DOHC. I have looked and looked in my KZ900 manual and I never saw a diagram with that detail. I do know where the outlet is because I blew air back through it. Thanks for the pic.

Thanks too BUZZ for the insight. That's the plan when I get a small enough bit. Oh and yes I do have '62 year old' readers LOL, and a high powered headlamp.
