CAN ANYONE REMEMBER DO THE CARB HOLDERS REQUIRE A CLAMP OR DOES THE CARB OUTLET JUST FITS SNUG ENOUGH WITHOUT A CLAMP?
THIS IS THE FRONT SIDE OF THE CARBS ATTACHING TO THE CARB HOLDERS THAT ARE ATTACHED TO THE HEAD.

Yes, they must be an airtight seal. There clamps available from the usual sources. Do not be tempted to use jubilee type clips as the will cut into the rubber and render the rubbers useless.

Those come in two sizes, one fits the intake boot the connects the air box to the carbs. The other size fits the carb holders on the outlet side. Just make sure your ordering the correct one.

Yes, just make sure they are for your engine/carb size. All z's use them. The smaller the engine capacity the smaller the clip dia.
