Good morning all,

my Kz750H Ltd has what I believe to be completely stock jets, but with the exhaust baffle removed(by PO) the bike runs a hair lean at 45mph. Nothing that effects acceleration but I do get the occasional popping at around 4K RPM. What is the next size up on main jets?

Are you able to lift your needles?

I have several restored bikes along with a 2006 Goldwing with a sidecar. My wife has a 2019 Suzuki DR 650 for on and off road.

If I remember correctly the stock carbs on the H models were Keihin cv34. I have attached a  table from the FSM for the carbs stock settings.

The secondary mains go up in increments of 5. I would suggest swapping out the stock secondary 125 for a 130 and leaving the stock primary 62 alone at least for now. Thats what I have done with the new Delkevic shorty which does have a baffle but is more free flowing I believe than the old Mac.

the needles cant be lifted AFAIK.

jets available from Z1Enterprises - type keihin in their search bar - and also from jetsrus.
