Another CV34 question

Why does only one (#1 carb) of my main jet bleed pipes have this cutout?

It´s not a regular cutout, it´s look like corroded or damaged due to wrong handling.

That's what I'm thinking after searching the internet for a new one.  Found one...expensive!  Does anyone have one they'd like to see going down the road?

Short rant...

BobZ sent me $2 Paypal for the jet and the vultures took $.55 off the top.  I packed the screw in a nice padded envelop, maybe 6" x 4" and all of 1 oz total weight, and USPS First Class mail wanted over $3 for postage.  Screw that.  I decided to put the screw in a regular envelop w/stamp instead so I went back to Paypal to refund Bob his $2.  Of course Paypal is happy to do so but I don't get back the $.55 they already took.  What a racket.  

I'll have to check but I'm pretty sure Paypal only refunded me $1. I hate paypal....I should have just stuck a $5 bill in an envelope and mailed it to you.  I usually just mail cash (up to $20)
