Hi gang, so in the first photo, on the end of the choke plunger there is a small rubber seal. Are these available or should the whole thing be replaced? Some look ok while others are worn out. Can i just replace with a suitably sized o-ring?

In this second image, are the rubber throttle shaft seals available anywhere?

No eBay APP ID and/or Cert ID defined in Kunena configurationPM zed1015. He replaces the plunger seals.

A little pricey

If the shaft seals are still soft and not hard and cracked they will be ok to re-use. They are only dust seals.
For the plungers, regardless of looks they will all be worn and leaking and i offer a unique re-seating service using ethanol resistant custom made Viton seats .
Originally the plungers and their seals were not a serviceable part until now.
See the Ebay link below in my sig for info but PM me for the cheaper forum member price.

So I managed to replace these seals myself yesterday. Let me show you how I did it. First you dig out the old ones. I used a dental pick and they pop out pretty easily.

Then I took a suitable, gas resistant 1/16" thick rubber sheet and laser cut the correct size ring.

Then just slid them over the needle and pushed under the lip that retains it. Works great!  The seat in the carb sits tall enough to reach the seal without the lip bottoming out.

That looks just like my hack!  Has it held up over time?   Also can you see the pics I posted because I can. Is everyone else having trouble?

I don't see pics. I don't know if my solution will hold up, but if this material correct - I don't see why it won't

now I see, but use "insert all" button so they are big in a post.

I also see you scratched plunger like I did with first one getting old seal out. Torch works best - old one just pops out

The scratched lip will not affect performance what so ever. I just tried "insert all" did it work on your end?
