Z250 ltd needle position was created by spooky
1980 Z250 (single) with standard Keihin pr26 carb, question is what position should the needle be in ? I think there are 5 positions to choose from...

Putting the clip in the middle (third slot) is a good starting point.
Upper slot = lowering the needle = leaning mixture,
Lowest slot = raise the needle = fat mixture.

The factory service manual should have that information.
