O-ring question was created by MartyZ1000
I just got 4 x float end renovation kits for my Mikuni BS34s. each consisting of needle, seat, gasket and three o-rings,
the biggest one goes on the seat - in this photo I´ve put it on, but where do the two smaller ones go?

The small ones are probably for the pilot screws . Not positive though .

Go to kawasaki.com > owner info > diagram > motorcycle > select year only > pick your bike from the list > carb parts. That should give you an exploded view of your carbs and you can see what parts are where on the carb.

Great idea and direction thanks will do so, I think there´s a BS34 manual somewhere on the net too.

Not sure if this will help you or not. But there is a pretty good write up on cleaning and rebuilding these carbs here www.thegsresources.com/carbcleandisp.php

Please keep in mind the write up is for the carbs used on the Suzuki bikes and there may or may not be differences between the write up and the carbs you have but there are similar.

Sometimes aftermarket carb kit parts come with parts that don't fit anything. That said, I'd check the pilot screw or the pilot plug for the smaller O-ring and the larger one may go over the aluminum plug below the gasket surface.

I found a BS34 manual and that´s exactly what it was, those o-rings and the float bowl gasket are fine on my carbs so I´ll keep
them and just use the needle, seat and its o-ring for now.

So I had both new diaphragms and all the float parts, but just ended up just changing needles, seats and o-rings for that
since everything else turned out to be ok. First ride and the engine feels like new, except for a little roughness in the low register it´s
overall great with rock steady idle and a really strong high end. I adjusted down pilots from 3 turns out to 2 1/2 and bingo, the low end´s fine too.
My BS34 adjustments before this ialso ncluded going down from the overblown 170 in main jets to 140 which I hope will reduce
the beasts thirst slightly.
