good morning riders can someone tell me how to remove the neele jet from 28mm pumpers

1980 KZ1000 G w/carbs..

I have the same bike and carbs. Pull the carbs off the bike and remove them from the face plate. With each carb you can now remove the top cover and pull out the throttle slide. Then remove the bowl and the main jet/emulsion tube. (I also remove the float to avoid damage.) Then, with the carb body in the upright position you need to need to put a piece of wooden dowel, insert it in from the top to force the needle jet downwards. It is only held in by friction so should pop out if you tap lightly on the dowel. I use a wooden dowel to avoid damaging the jet.

I have several restored bikes along with a 2006 Goldwing with a sidecar. My wife has a 2019 Suzuki DR 650 for on and off road.
