1197 jetting and timing

i know ill get some good feed back thank you all in advance..my build 1979 ltd with a 1978 engine talked into a 1197 hase all the good stuff done ..pearson,crank,and trans .mre lockup cluch.head work flowed / ported with 37.5mm ,31mm valves web 122 cams, wiseco pistons 13.1 comp, dyna ignition all the studs etc.im going to put a set of mikuni 34mm on it. i think they would be a good choice for street use snappy throttle good light to light..
jetting is the bump in the road ...a starting point 22.5 slow jet 130 main ,timing? your thoughts please ...i am planning to run cold plugs and sunoco.. i'm not going to throw it on a dyno at first just going the old school way of plug readings and see how it pulls . pic is the 79 engine.
