The float needle and seat are a matched set since they wear in together. Be sure to not mix up the parts or you could get leakage.

So, i've fu...d up. Not the first time :)
I 've orderer'd this set:


But, my carbs looks like:


They are supposed to be TK-26.

I'll survive that but the question is will the float seats and needels fit?

Ok. So far, so good. I have replaced all the provided jets and seals. Also, I have adjusted the float heights. The leaking is gone.

Now I have to tune it. I know how to sinc them but I have a question about the air screw (next to the vacuum chamber).
How to put it in initially. Is there a number of turns I should go back after I screw it all the way in or something like that ?
I did some research and found that 1 and 3/4 back from full would be a good starting point.

Any tips for what to do after rebuild are welcome.

On the Tk26 and Tk27 the adjustment screw is not an air screw, it is a mixture screw. When you turn it out it gets richer. When you turn it in, it gets leaner.
