Carb Identification question

Hey can anyone Identify these carbs owner states they are from a 1975 Z1 900 28mm? I just don't remember seeing a rack of carbs with that spacing, as I thought all racks for the 900 would fit the 1000 and such.

The owner was telling you the truth. Those carbs are from a 1975 Z1B (VM28SC).

you are correct as well. these carbs will work nicely on the kz900/1000 as i have had them on my bikes with great success. they will work fine. good riding.
