Price Increase Yet?

W.G. I am going to be in Larado Tuesday. If you are going to be at home i will drop off my carburators. If not i will just mail them.
Have you increased the price of you work yet? It doesn't matter because i'm going to let you rebuild the any how.You do such good work.

Bwahahaha! Since the brakes, suspension, handlesbars, wheels, swingarm and half the parts on the bike I will test your carbs on came free from you, I suspect I would be hard put to charge you for any work at any time! I will be home most all of today. I will be out tomorrow running some errands (Friday). Just give me a call! Are you going to get home for Christmas?

I am home until i decide what time i have to leave after christmas. I got to watch the kids open thier presents. Maybe i'll get one.
Do you need the head that i replaced? Any other odds and ends?

If you can't use the old head, bring it on down! I have no spare head at this point. I had one but found it was cracked... also the rocket scientist who previously owned it tried using superglue to put a cam cap back together. I was kind of amused that he didn't at least try JB Weld bwhahaha... I gotta pitch that piece of junk as soon as I can find it under the mess I have on the floor and get it disassembled for the pieces inside.... and don't ever worry about paying for a carb service or if you just plain need a set. You have already given me way too much stuff... She told to get her some dish cloths for the kitchen. I said,"remember the first year we were married and i bought you a vacum?" She wasn't pleased with the vacum. So that"s what 20 years marrage will do for you. She's give up on me.

Maybe we ought to have had this discussion in the chit chat.
I just want to say that i rode W.G.'s bike last year and i have never rode a better tuned bike. I suspect the carbs had a lot to do with the way it runs.
If my bike runs that good whwn iinstall the carbs that W.G. rebuilds i might just ride it one more year. Roy

I removed my carbs so they will air out.
I rechecked my shim clearance and i need to replace a couple and i can't find my blasted shim tool.
At least i went through my tool box and got it orginized. Roy:silly:

I have both a K&L shim tool and a Kawasaki factory tool. You can borrow either or both and drop them by when you come down the next time. I don't use them often as I set my clearances wider than what spec calls for hehe

Thanks! The one i lost belonged to Dub. I suppose my six year old has a lot of neat tools in his tool box. I'll have to check there. If it's in one of his toy boxes i'll just buy one. Roy
