WTB rotor holder 57001-308 was created by BarnyardCoral
Hey all,
There's many threads on what y'all have used or done to hold your alternator rotors still. While I could try to do the ol "kick it into 5th, hold the brake, and then crank on it" trick, I was wondering if anyone actually had a rotor holder they'd be willing to sell.

I'm still open to other methods of pulling out the rotor so long as it works and you've done it without breaking anything. I have a flywheel puller and am actually wondering if an impact gun might do the trick, though I don't want the magnets to lose their magnetism. Thoughts?

Impact gun will normally do the trick for removal. You still might need a holder for tightening on installation.
I use one of these. It has come in handy for all kinds of uses over the years.

the exact same one we use in the Kawasaki shop where I work.

Don't fix it until it's broken.
