Hey everyone.
It's finally time to replace the old carb intake boots. The previous owner had attempted to remove them for some reason and began to cam out the JIS heads. I need a JIS screwdriver that is also and impact driver to hopefully extract the screws without further damaging them. I came across a vessel brand screwdriver on amazon and saw that it had pretty good reviews, however I very rarely trust the reviews from the amazon website. I was wondering if somebody could give me some feedback on the overall brand as well as any experience with the quality of this particular impact driver.

Thanks

I have some Vessel bits and they are high quality. I have not used the impact driver shown, but I would expect it to be a good tool. Ed

I have a number of Vessel hand tools...they are all quality. Pricey, but worth the investment.

Hand-held impact driver is used with a hammer.

Twisting force is selectable for either direction, clockwise or counter-clockwise.

The bit-retainer fits onto the tool's standard 3/8" socket holder.

Removing the bit-retainer (just pull it off) enables attaching any size 3/8" socket.

Good Fortune! :)

No eBay APP ID and/or Cert ID defined in Kunena configurationThere's only 1 hand impact driver worth having in your box and SnapOn makes it. Use one and you'll never look back. I know it's a lot of money but you'll have it for life and it works like you can't believe. Longer than most so it fits your hand better Anybody that's ever borrowed mine is amazed how easily it will break a screw or bolt loose.

Conversely...Snap On phillips head impact bits...SUCK. Too brittle. You can get different tips elsewhere

Those both look like they're really good quality. Perhaps I'll be able to afford them someday when I'm not a poor college student :(
