The silicone between the joints is what's going to stop it from leaking. You won't get good results if you assemble it and then caulk it. It needs the sealer in between the joints while it's going together.

Good Siliconek like the GE clear is excellent in damping the force of a glass bead that's propelled by compressed air. Don't believe me? ....Coat something porous with silicone, let it dry completely...then put it in the cabinet and see how long it takes to blast it off :S

That cabinet is about 6" too small vertically, depth & horizontally to comfortably blast inline 4 cylinder heads & cases in. It works but it's awkward.

Ya it is kinda awkard blasting bigger items. I used some spray foam on the bottom of mine and its worked great the only places is leaks is out the vents and round window and thru the holes in the rotted gloves :lol: So where does everyone get there replacement gloves and screens?

I got it all put together the other day,just haven't had time to try it out yet. :sick:
all this crazy ass cold weather has left me loaded down with extra furnace calls I really didn't want. :laugh:

Yeah Ive used it quite a bit,I need to seal around the door like Larry was saying .
Havent had time to get a better light fixture or make an adaptor for shop vac yet(busy doing plumbing/electrical bids :sick: )
But overall it definitely gets the job done ,For the price I cant complain :laugh:
