Cheap parts bike rollaround storage

OK, this is Fitty (the 50.00 parts bike). I've already gotten the stator and RR off of it, so it's already paid for itself. I plan to get the starter, electronic ignition, and coils to swap over to my bike, and eventually part out the rest of it.



In the meantime, dragging Fitty around my garage is a pain in my ass. I was walking through my local Harbor Freight the other day, and saw this:



Just 14.99. It gave me an idea.

First, I covered the carpeted parts with some old plastic bags. Probably stupid, but one day Fitty will be gone, and you never know what else I might want to use it for.



Then I lifted Fitty up, and rolled it under. Voila!



Now I can easily move it anytime I need to.

Nice. I love these things. We've been using smaller ones for the motors we've been working on. Less than 10 bucks each at Harbor Freight.

Do you still have the gas tank ?

I have the tank, but I don't have a key for the gas cap.

Necessity is the mother of invention...I built one of those to go under a K&L engine stand. It would have been a lot easier to buy one, had I known HF sold them.

what size is it? I may be interested in the case guards.
