hi kzr's

i've being using a new product for the last few months called 'Loctite Freeze & Release 8040'. It's a brilliant product, it works by shock freezing the very rusty parts to -43C and by capillary action cracks the rusty parts magically!..

it's the best product that i've ever used and is very new on the market in the UK.

anyone every broken rusty and seized bolts etc. this a scientific answer to a worrying problem!...

best wishes

angel

i looked it up before i posted, doesnt look really specific other than cools the rust.
but what keeps it from cooling the metal around it also? just wondering!
ive got several nitrogen tanks i use for leak checking a/cs before charging them, but ive also got a machine i can hook same nitrogen bottles to that will freeze 2" water lines that are full of water B)

the theory is simple. expansion and contraction caused by freezing any metal will cause it to release from its current rusted state and be able to be loosened by mechanical methods... i prefer to use kroil normally but sometimes you have to resort to other methods to git er done if you will lol
