Sorry guys it's been a while since I updated this thread.

Shoe48: It was a Ebay buy a year or so ago. It was such a bucket that it was no way ever rideable. Crappy welding, poor fabrication and 30 lbs of bondo holding it together.

JonnyAmerica: In the picts it was the origional frame cut up and re-welded. I have since removed the swingarm and re-built the frame with all new metal. The new frame has a 38 degree rage (from the 50 degree it had).

It also has a new gusset welded into the neck:

Here's my last mock up of it. I got a new fender, headlight, tail light and seat mount for christmas but my wife and I had our first baby on 12/30/07 so progress has been slow. I'll post more when I do more mock up this month.
