KZ440…”Finished”

Well, what started as a non-running backyard pullout is about finished! Been working on it about 2 years. Completely torn down inside and out top to bottom, there isn’t anything that hasn’t been touched, pretty much brand new lol. Did all the work from welding painting powder mechanical electrical etc, aside from boring the cylinder jugs. 

Next up I’ll probably go ahead and strip it back down, strip the frame and powder coat it. Needs some SS Brake Lines…maybe a flux capacitor?!

I have lots of photos, maybe I’ll get some going for some contribution? 

Thumbs up, i like the cafe racer look but missing the front fender and bar end mirrors.
These little Kawasaki twins has a lot of modding potential and are very popular here in Germany for the driving licence  newcomers.
We have a two stage power limited motorcycle driving licence for the beginner, only max.38 Kw = 50 horse power or weight/power ratio of 0,2 kW (2,7Hp)/Kg for the first 2 years.

I would love to know more about the front end swap and the seat.  Currently in the midst of a rebuild myself, but <1% compared to yours.
