Today I pinned the rear upper side cover pegs. The left side cover tried to leave with just the front upper pegs pinned. The left rear peg is a little tough to get the clip installed.
After riding the new Progressive series 12 shocks for a bit the standard spring rate of 90/130 is too strong for my 125lbs. They say that the 90/130 spring is the softest one. Today I finally got through to the tech line and he said that they have a 70/120 spring from a different model shock that will fit the series 12. It is the lightest rate spring they make that will fit the series 12 shocks. I've ordered a set of the 70/120 springs and hopefully it will soften it up enough for me.

Today Paul brought up the new Progressive springs for the series 12 shocks on the KZ1000 LTD. The original set are 90/130. The first thing I noticed is they sent me 75/120 not the 70/120 springs that we ordered. We installed them and on preload #1 the bridge abutments aren't hard and harsh anymore but it is still a little on the firm side. On Monday we'll send them a message asking what happened to the correct springs.
