Last week, I trailered a few old bikes in my garage. I still have to decided which one I'll begin first but having options is nice. I choose the 750 because it looks VERY close to a 1983 KZ1000SS (or J3) and because finding a J3 seem to be impossible... The 750 look is pretty bad for now; I hate the red frame and wheels. but there is some quite potential.
Beside the clutch, the 400 seem to be in a pretty good condition. I could begin with this one as it possibly is the faster to do.

They look like great projects. I'm a Kawasaki guy but I always wanted a CB400F SS.

Oh My you have buyers fever. Good luck. I looked up your hand controls on Partzilla but they dont breakout the slider levers. IF you could find parts number you can search for them.

That's a 1977 CB400. For '77 Honda moved the footpegs forward and raised the handlebars compared with the earlier year bikes. I had a '75 and have fond memories. The early bikes have a bit more "cafe" feel to them.
