This has been my project for 4 years, talking about "taking it easy"
I finally got it close to finish. Still working on details and tunning but overall it's running smooth.

It's a Delkevic 4 to 1 stainless steel with a yoshimura muffler .
Pretty good, they sale almost any vintage bike's exhausts.

Hi Zuidoo,
this is a project that took me 4 years since I did almost everything my self.
I purchase front suspension, wheels and brakes all together on ebay from a Ducati St 3 2006. Brembo brakes and wheels, Showa suspension in 2016 , before I even got the bike. Shock absorbers are cheap from Ebay, Im buying real Ohlins eventually.
If you want to see all the modifications we went trough check Yacht shop creations on you tube. "how to build a cafe racer" 3 videos.
Requires a lot of work and dedication to do this right. I can tell you I've been riding at 125mph ,by GPS, and the bike is steady so I know It's aligned properly.
Tons of things to adjust and modify to get there. In my case I wanted to keep the original aesthetics , that was a challenge. If you just want new front and rear ends you can buy aftermarket part like, head lights gages, etc to minimize the work.
Any questions , just ask ,I'll be happy to share my experience.
All the best
