Push in as much as possible and then pull out hard, trying to impact that washer to break the corrosion free. Don't get your hopes up too high regarding that master either. When the master is so badly corroded there is a very good chance that the master bore is too.

I'm still messing with the rear master cylinder, no luck yet.



I took apart the front master and I got some more questions. First,I don't think this is the correct master cylinder. Differences I noticed based on the manual are the tips to secure the line, the mount for the handlebar looks parallel in the diagram and of course the lever. The bore looks pretty good I still need to clean it better though. I still need some help, how do you remove the switch? It kind of looks like there are threads in the diagram, but I can't tell. Also whats the best way to strip the paint off this? Manual removal or just use a paint stripper?
