I would do something different with the headlight if it was mine. Kind of looks like an afterthought, but that is my opinion.

thank you all for you input. i have ridden the bike for about 8 months now and it does well. Also took it to the quarter mile in phoenix the wild horse pass it ran 13.1 at 99.7

I just found this thread and I have to say, this is more along the lines of how my bike is going to be built except I will be making my own hardtail section I'm also considering making my own springer front end for it.
