You could throw an Innovate wideband o2 sensor on the bike, temporarily, to suss out the jetting. Instead of a Dyna, you check the jetting while riding, which in my opinion, is more a real-world assessment of the jetting. The only permanent change you make to the bike is welding in an O2 bung at the collector.

For me, it cut tuning time and effort to a small fraction of seat-of-the-pants tuning. I use an analog gauge to show AFR swings so you can see what's happening out of the corner of your eye while riding. It lets you see small details like if the AFR is too rich while going uphill or with a head-wind etc.... things you don't really get in a Dyno session.

I like that Idea, the only thing is I would have to do that testing on a track day and I don't know if that would be the best use of my time and $$.

I think I'm gonna go the dyno route at this stage and see what we can accomplish. You may very well be right though! B)
