Every little thing takes attention, mach up goes pretty quick, getting down to the small stuff eats up a lot of time. Nothin a lot of you guys dont already know, one small detail at a time.

I use YZF600R forks on lots of my projects. They are longer than the stock kz 1000 forks and racetech makes everything needed to tune them.

Well, just sold my 09 450x to buy the rest of the parts for this build. Gotta order tires, brakes, chain, sprockets, levers etc. Pondering gearing with this 180 17 rear set-up, I know gearingcommander is out there, but I was wanting some real world results. I know its old hat to a lot of guys on here, I just don't want to miss it too far. Sooo if anyone has results chime on in !

i run 18/36 520 chain with a 17 190-55 tire

i spend alot of time on the highway so they work out good for me.

Parts still rollin in, chain on, got a set of head pipes and bar clamps today. Re-sealing, re-setting forks, ready to ride this damn thing....... :S :S :S
