This is not my bike but it belongs to someone I know.

It is a 1986 Kawasaki zl600. it appears to be 100% complete, but very dirty. it has been sitting for a few years.

The motor is good as far as he knows (but it has sat for a while)

He said the transmission appears to be frozen.

He has decided to sell it and offered it to me. But i already have one project in my living room, I can't have another. So I figured that i would see if anyone on here wanted this Gem...

He is asking $750

i already know the first few questions you will have

Title?
Miles?
Keys?

i have already asked him for that info and i am just waiting for a response

The 600 eliminator is a great little bike. I have a 1000 eliminator and love it.

He said the transmission appears to be frozen.

That sounds a little weird. $750 seems a little steep to me if it hasn't run in a while and the tranny is stuck.

Where is the bike located?

Yeah...US$750 seems a bit high to me also...perhaps he'll get a nibble from someone who isn't as skeptical as I am. Several years ago, a neighbor tried to give me a non-runner ZL600 and I passed on it...I think he ended up throwing it away
