Nice score... It's going to take some work as we can see from the pictures... Noce bike none the less. I always liked the silver/red combo.

What is it with today and the pretty much free deals.

KZ750R1 + 1991 ZR750 = KZR750R1

I bought a 84 GPZ900 running for 300.00 .It was fast I didn't like the 16 in front wheel or the speedo tach set up.But That just me ..I did it up silver and black with micro prizm flake on the silver. Looked nice . Just not for me. Sold it to a guy from Alabama.Just my opinion and there like a--holes everyone has one. For 100.00 I'd snag it to. I was riding mine one day and a hose busted and steam shot up through the front by the gauges and scared me to death almost lost it. I tent to stick to air/oil cooled bikes now. Good find tho.

I should have asked earlier, but does anyone have any recommendations for someone who can paint either of the paint scheme's I posted above and be reasonable on the cost?

I can do pretty much all of the body prep, but I'm not set up to do a "professional" quality paint job. And when I'm done rebuilding her I think she'll deserve more than a spray can quality paint job.

Thanks in advance.

Now that's the color scheme I was looking for. :cheer: I like the two tone charcoal and silver with the red. I don't think I would have gone with the red rims in the previous picture of the red and silver bike.
