OK so i picked up this bike a few nights ago for 275.00 still runs fine but extremelly bad wiring, so while i wait on a harness to come along i decided to break out the tools and give it a make over. so far i lowered the front end 2.5 inches, and ordered clip ons. im getting rid of the rear shocks seeing how this bike is just gonna be my daily driver 16 miles a day and fabricate some metal bars at 9.5 inches hole to hole and use those insted.so that should get the ass down 3.5 if i did my reading correct.i cut the whole tail off almost to the shock mounts, i working on getting a springer seat for it now off of steal bay "ebay" ill upload pics asap! oh and this will be a fenderless rear!

Seriously though, Pictures (even if the bike looked like a handfull of dirty a-holes when you first got it) go a long way in helping the rest of us understand your progress in getting it towards the bike you envision it eventually being. ;)
