what picture? must be a shadow or something. There is a broken cylinder fin on the far right side.

It is looking good. I like the way the valve cover turned out.

well its done, about 98% done but I rode it again today for another shakedown run. after having the carbs off about 6 times I think everything is right now.

Probably not. The tread pattern like that actually rolls easy and provides traction on braking. At least that's the theory.

thanks guys. I was a little fearful of the chen shings, I was going to pull them off, but you guys had a good thread going about those tires and after reading how hard everyone pushes them, I'm just going to keep them till they wear out.

one part I was waiting for was the swingarm bushing tube. I put in new bearings, but the tube was slightly undersized due to corrosion/erosion so once that tube gets here I will drop the front of the swingarm down and shove that new tube in. I have a little bit of swingarm slop with that worn tube.
