Ya did a real nice job there, Dave :woohoo: Did you have your old seat recovered, rebuilt or replaced? Nice job Eventhough I'm only 5'8", I feel cramped w/the seat I have. I want to get a custom seat made, but haven't come across any of these "mythical" upholsters, others talk about, that will do the job for less than 2-3hundred. :ohmy: Are you going to the mid-ohio show? Sounds like it's in your back yard.

Hey Ron,
The seat material was in great shape just had a rip where your butt is. my Grandmother (God Bless them) sewed the seat for me and I added the Chrome buttons to it myself and I also installed a gel pad what A Difference it made. I repainted the tank and side covers, Put new front and rear Wheel Bearings in and also front and rear brakes new front tire and added the buttons to the saddle bags. Got my carbs from George today boy he is good they look like I just bought them off the shelf, Will be adding my Pods tommorow then have to clean her up and get some better photos. I have got very comfortable working on it now and you have been a big help along with everybody else here. One thing for sure you and me have one that is hard to find parts for. I am going to look into going to the show this year with it since I almost have it done.
