Here are the parts back from powder coating- this bike will be done next week!

1975 Z1 B 900- soon to be heavily modded

I am working hard to save up the shipping money to get my shop opened here in Hawaii

Well, this friend is giving me cold hard cash for this job- so I could use plenty of more friends with money :laugh:

Here are the forks in, with the idiot moments I had fixed- now has GPZ 550 fork seals in it thanks to a local Kawi dude connection- I think this thing is going to look great!

Here are the forks on, with the fender- which left immediately after this pic to the tank painting shop. Everything is powder coated except for the tank and the side covers. ;)

So what is left to do that isn't shown here? Well, I am waiting for some MEK from the powder coater tomorow that can remove some powder coating that got into the axle bolt area. then, front end goes on- big project for tomorow is to get all calipers rebuilt, detailed and mounted, along with both suspension assemblys done for the weekend. Next week- finish off last systems to make it run! :cheer:

I will post a pic of the "begining" of this bike a little later- when I got it- it had this peculuarity- the PO had made his own air pods with tea strainers and PVC connecters!
