I saw this 1000p on craigs list in sacramento.he wanted 500 bux for it and I was saving up when I got a little windfall of 1k. so I called the guy and he tells me his mom wants it out of her garage TODAY. so I'm thinking big discount as I ask him what he wants for it....
just come get it... I hauled butt over there and snagged it ,, my avitar is it day 1,, . so I figure what I saved on the price will cover the dmv fees since it was over 4 years out.. checked the dmv site and its out of the system.. no back fees.. took it over to a mechanic to have them rebuild the motor, and got to chattin and turns out he's into wood working and my father-in-law had just asked me to clean out his garage and get rid of his table saw and routers and stuff... so I traded the tools from my in laws for the labor and parts to do my motor. gonna call this scooter lucky. here are some pix.

chopped the rear fender junk off. the radio box bracket ,the stock seat supports. made mt sissy bar out of 1" natural gas line pipe. the 2 sides don't match. kinda rough, I might keep it that way.
the stock wiring harness was toast so had to use a gs1000 rig. still reed to resolve problem with front plugs for gauges.got new solo seat on line. post more pix later
