AKA member smithgpz, former GPz750 Turbo owner/builder, brother of the original owner of "Purple Passion" an ungodly fast 880cc GPz750 Turbo, owner builder of the KZ750 twin that took 2nd place a Mid Ohio Vintage days bike show a couple years ago, formerly of Columbus Ohio now living in Florida.

Anything else you'd like to know :D

His KZ750 twin, I'll have to look for a pic of Purple Passion.

Steve Smith's "Purple Passion", I don't recall if Paul built this bike or not.

880cc,5 angle valve job, stage 4 turbo, mild cams, bored "spider" pipe, high performance computer, D&D exhaust (chromed ), high per.injectors, 2 stage wastegate, surge tank relief valve, Mr Turbo liquid filled boost gauge, heavy duty clutch springs with stock plates, adjustable fuel pressure regulator with liquid filled gauge, K&N filter directly on the turbo, heavy duty engine mount bolts, heavy duty APE head bolts & nuts, rear rim widened to 5 in. by Kosman racing, custom braced stock swingarm. 184 rwhp 118 ft lbs torque.

hanna, paul here.the gold on the rims was from dupli color and i could only find it in the small cans.the purple turbo was not built by me.my 750 twin is now all black but will be getting a redo soon.i'm going to get custom high pipe made and go with a street tracker setup. i'm building another 77 kz1000 now and might get to the twin this summer.anything else you need to know just ask.

Paul, you build some fine bikes, any chance you could post pics of all (or most) of them in a thread?

I never did use most of those GPz parts I bought from you, me and ten6 just keep trading them back and forth :D :D
