Ok well I got some fuel into it but it looks like my lines are clogged. I pulled the tank and there was a lil bit of crap in there and I got it out. I'm going to repalce the fuel lines but where are the carb jets and all the other things that I might want to clean in the fuel system

You will need to remove the carbs. All 4 come off as a set. On the bottom of each carb there are 4 screws that hold on the bowls. Once you get those off you will see the floats, main jets(in the middle), pilot jets(small ones next to the mains). Take all of these out and clean them good. Make sure you can see thru them. Whith the bowls off use some compressed air to blow thru the passagways. You will need a fairly small straight slot screwdriver to remove the pilots.

Hope this helps :)

Where was the oil coming from? You might just have a bad seal? The case might be cracked from a po dropping it?

Unscrew the cable from the back of the tack and see if it is turning while the engine is running. If it is not then you might have a broken cable or bad worm gear on the cam.

Do you feel resistance on the clutch lever?

The front brakes can take some time to bleed, patience is the key. best way I found is to crack loose the bleeders and run a hose from the bleeders to a bottle of brake fluid and keep feeding fluid as you pump the brakes.

If the clutch is stuck and won't disengage it may be from sitting. What i have done in the past is while the bike is idling with the brakes on pull in the clutch and put it in gear. If the clutch is stuck it may lunge forward a little and stall the motor. You need to make sure you are pulling in the front brake and using the back brake. It may take 2-3 times before it frees up.

The safest way is to have the engine off and put it in second gear, pull the clutch in and roll it back and forth. You could also when the engine is off pull the clutch in and kickit over with the kick start, that will loosen the clutch pack. Before I start the engine I ALWAYS do that.
