Selling Laws?

Hell guys I've got a question that I can't seem to get answered. So I've taken up the project of fixing up the two old dirt bikes that have been collecting dust in my father's storage unit for the last few years and selling them to try and buy my dream KZ .

Question is what are the rules/regulations regarding the sale of off road bikes? Far as I know these things aren't titled or anything. Or is it no big deal to just sell it right out?

I believe rules/regs may vary by state/ciy/municipality.
If you can stand the bureaucracy, perhaps a call to the B.M.V. might get a few questions answered.

Read carefully. On first glance it looks like HI requires helmets. Look again, helmets required only if rider is under 18.

You can say that the Indiana BMV is less than helpful

Their answers translate to "Tough S**T".
